[ ] Product name, buyer, files, dimensions, software, license, and support boundary are verified.
[ ] Title, description, images, and delivered files agree.
[ ] Digital item is correctly set as instant download or made to order.

SEARCH CLARITY
[ ] Title begins with the clearest product phrase and reads naturally.
[ ] Up to 13 accurate tags cover varied buyer intent; each fits Etsy's 20-character limit.
[ ] The most specific category and every accurate attribute are selected.
[ ] First description sentence says exactly what is being sold.

IMAGES
[ ] Primary image shows one finished product clearly.
[ ] Source image is high resolution and survives square, portrait, and landscape crops.
[ ] Gallery explains contents, size, detail, use, and digital delivery.
[ ] Every informative image has concise, specific alt text.

FILES
[ ] Every file opens and matches the listing promise.
[ ] Filenames are clear to buyers and contain no FINAL-final-v2 language.
[ ] Each Etsy upload is 20MB or smaller; no more than five files are attached.
[ ] ZIP was extracted and tested on a second device.
[ ] Buyer instructions and software requirements are included.

TRUST
[ ] Listing clearly says no physical item will ship.
[ ] License, exclusions, color/printing notes, and support route are clear.
[ ] Shop policies are complete and consistent with the listing.
