A cookbook that leaves
room for you.

For neurodivergent adults, including autistic and ADHD readers, cooking can involve more than picking a recipe. Texture, decisions and how much energy a meal takes all deserve room on the page.

01 / Energy

Start where you are.

No-cook plates, quick meals and recipes for days when cooking sounds good. Convenience ingredients belong here.

02 / Sensory choices

Keep what feels good.

Texture notes, optional heat and sensory swaps help you see what to expect. Sauce can stay on the side.

03 / Familiar + new

Repeat. Or remix.

Keep a trusted favorite. Try one small change if you feel like it. Familiarity and variety can share a plate.

The person behind the pages

Created by a
neurodivergent mind.

I am a neurodivergent creator and the founder of EverAlice Studio. I created Eat Different around a simple idea: food should work with your brain and your senses.

I wanted a cookbook that feels bright and inviting without making every meal another demanding project. Familiar foods, convenience ingredients and repeating a favorite all deserve a place here. Choose what fits your energy, keep textures separate if you prefer, and make small changes only when you want to.
